DESCRIPTION
The “Faros Coastal Apartments” are housed in a historic building from the interwar period, which in 2002 was declared a Historic Preserved Monument. In 2004, its interiors were completely rebuilt and renovated.
The property consists of two separate apartments, the “Ostrako” and the “Coralli”.
Ostrako
This two-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building, it is 64 m² and it accommodates 2 guests and/or 1 child and an infant in a baby cot
The “Ostrako” has:
- A bedroom with a double bed
- Living room with open plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher and microwave oven included)
- A bathroom. Bath amenities. Hair dryer
- Furnished balcony overlooking the sea, the marina and Chora Skopelos
Coralli
This apartment of four rooms, maisonette type, is located on the 2nd floor of the building, it has a total of 95 m² and accommodates 5 or 6 guests and an infant in a baby cot. Its two levels communicate with an internal staircase.
The “Coralli” has:
- Three bedrooms with double beds
- Living room with open plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher and microwave oven included)
- Dining area
- Two bathrooms. Barth amenities. Hair dryers
- Furnished balcony overlooking the sea, the marina and Chora Skopelos
- Furnished, large terrace on the second level overlooking the sea, the marina and Chora Skopelos. It also has sunbeds and shade
