The “Villa Karavos Waterfront” is beautifully situated on the highest point of a spacious plot with a panoramic view of Chora Skopelos. The blue sea almost waters its enclosure and the sea breeze cools the hot summer nights.
In this unique location we chose, beyond the “Villa Karavos Waterfront”, to build our own residence. The tranquility of the landscape is in harmony with the relaxation offered by the villa’s private swimming pool overlooking the blue Aegean Sea.
DESCRIPTION
The villa is located within a 4-acre plot and occupies a total of 116 m², 60 m² on the ground floor and 56 m² on the 1st floor. It accommodates up to 7 guests and an infant in a baby cot.
